Dear thair was a wedding out on the Pickt Line Last night one of the Bardan Sharp Shooters Got marid to a Girl and shee was a very Prittey Girl hee is Goin to take hur home hee is Goin on a 30 days furlow and i suppose that hee will throw him self away Before that 30 days is up thair is Lots of secesh Girles down hear and they are around our Camp most Every day and the Boys mak all kinds of remarkes about them
And thair is Lots of (derogatory remark) wenches hear But then they Don't Bother me nun Nor i don't Bother them Wash was over heear the other night and we had a Good time hee told me that hee expected a Box Before Long and when it came he wanted me to come and see him
hee Leys about a quarter of a milel over from me we are to Each others tent very often and we talk over old times and we have some hartey Laughs over them
Dear Earls furlow went in and it came Back Disaproved so hee cant Go until the Old boys come Back and that wont Bee in some time
